Please describe your company and your position there.

ABS Telecom LLC is an Engineering and Design Firm for Network, UCaaS, Cyber Security and Cloud Migrations. Since 2006 my position has been senior design engineer, in 2008 assumed the managing partner role.

Opportunity / Challenge

For what projects/services did your company hire AI bees, and what were your goals?

We established our company as a out bound call center in 2006, the call center was closed in 2008. The UCaaS market for remote workers and collaboration is a multibillion dollar market, using the new techniques of social media and new ideas allows ABS Telecom LLC to connect with the correct staff for the as a service model.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have vendors that do this type of marketing in our portfolio, and we selected AI bees for the team approach that has guidance in the process.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The project is Avaya Cloud Office a hosted PBX that allows SMS, video, voice calls , file sharing etc; and integration into customer relationship manager software.


How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with everyone at all levels: Head of CM & Customer Success, Chief Sales Officer, Campaign Manager.


Results & Feedbacks

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was successful. It moved us forward to the new methods and we now have a annual view of working with AI bees team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work flow is very different from network design and implementation (my expertise) but the team has given me guidance to move the project forward .

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a great Account Manager (Ria), and a great Responder (Diana). Ria got a well deserved promotion. Making sure the AM and Responder properly understand the clients business is key in order to keep the partnership going long term.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The tiered approach using AI, nurture teams and ongoing account management is key to understanding the iterations of social marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would really like to see a option for website development/ implementation and support in coordination with the campaign story.
