We hired AI bees to schedule appointments with decision makers within our target market.
How did you select this vendor?
We had previously worked with AI bees on a self-managed LinkedIn campaign. The software worked perfectly & their team was great. When they came to us with a professionally managed solution with a guarantee to deliver XX qualified appointments/month it was a no-brainer on our part.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
AI bees was our outsourced SDR team. They worked with us to create templated verbiage & cold outreach sequences via LinkedIn and Email that they hyper-personalized for each individual outreach. They tracked performance, made the appropriate changes and would solicit our input when necessary. They would then nurture any responses received until enough interest was expressed and would then use our calendaring tool to schedule an appointment with one of our sales reps.
What was the team composition?
Our team consistently included an Account Manager, Copy Writer and SDR/BDR however our initial Sales Rep, the VP and other specialists would occasionally be involved.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Traditionally we've used cold calling & referral marketing to generate leads so this was our first attempt at this type of marketing. While it took a bit longer to hit a stride, AI bees proactively communicated/make adjustments and held true to everything promised! Ultimately the project was a success, generated multiple new clients and reoccurring revenue that exceeded the cost.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Great! They were proactive and clear in their communication.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their integrity! If you've worked with other marketing/lead gen firms then you know how rare integrity is in the industry. AI bees held true to our mutually agreed upon lead qualification standards, was receptive to our feedback/adjustments and fulfilled the terms of the guarantee.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
At one point we we got a new SDR, so there was a little learning curve but that's to be expected.
