I’m an Account Manager for Beta Systems Software. I’m responsible for finding new customers for our products.

What challenge were you trying to address with AI bees?

AI bees is in charge of different campaigns on LinkedIn to find new customers for us.


What was the scope of their involvement?

We had previously worked with AI bees on a self-managed LinkedIn campaign. The software worked perfectly & their team was great. When they came to us with a professionally managed solution with a guarantee to deliver XX qualified appointments/month it was a no-brainer on our part.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–3 people from AI bees, including Ria (Head of Account Management), who’s our main contact person. Another person does the main work on LinkedIn and takes our standard script to their automation tool.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend between $1,500 - $3,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

They started the campaigns in August 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of metrics, we have a coordination meeting with AI bees every two weeks where they hand over new leads. So far, they’ve handed over 70 hot leads. They always give us an evaluation of how many people they’ve contacted, and how many people they’ve talked to. We check and discuss those things to improve our work, and they’ve always been transparent about what they’ve done. On top of that, we’ve been very satisfied with the leads they provide.

How did AI bees perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email to communicate, and they have an Excel spreadsheet in the cloud. Everyone can make notes, so it’s easy to stay in touch with the whole team. We always try to work together, and it’s been very easy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their scale is the most impressive thing about them. They contact so many people that I can’t contact by myself even in five years. They use an automation tool to contact those people, and that’s why they’re very productive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Always check AI bees’ conversations, and make examples of different situations that can improve the script they’re using. This will help them understand your business better. Checking their work on LinkedIn is normal because they can’t automatically know what product you offer.
