Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is a Network centric service provider with a focus on public Cloud Access for the Enterprise through our DCX Cloud Exchange. I am a Sr. Sales Consultant working with prospective customers assisting them with their Cloud initiatives.

Opportunity / Challenges

For what projects/services did your company hire AI Bees, and what were your goals?

Our goal was simple; during the height of COVID in 2020 find a way to engage with prospective customers via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I reviewed some options, and AI Bees appeared to be the best solution.


How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

AI bees offered a program that aligned to our budget and addressed the objectives of our outreach program.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope was leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to communicate messaging to a large group of people. This was executed using an initial connection message followed by two sequencing messages. Prior to deploying the solution, AI bees provided a virtual demo of the entire system process followed by a couple of follow on Q&A phone calls. Their technology is very easy to use and has good reporting functionality.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Initially, I worked with a Sales Manager, Katherine who provided the demo and described the available service options and pricing. She also addressed all our initial questions and was the point of contact before deploying the solution.

Results & Feedbacks

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The objective was to contact 3,000 people who were decision makers within their companies for the initial 3 campaigns. This was conducted during the better part of 2020. The response rate for people who connected with me via LinkedIn was 20%+. Of the respondents ~7% resulted in live conversations, virtual meetings.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

AI bees was quite proactive and responsive. Weekly reports were generated through their dashboard and delivered every Monday morning via email. The dashboard was always available to us and we could make changes to the campaigns if needed. Once the service was deployed, AI bees provided a dedicated Account Manager. The Account Manager worked with us to set up the campaigns including selection of the total addressable market. This including reviewing contact levels, titles, departments, etc. The Account Manager also supported a weekly progress meeting to review the results of the campaign from the prior week and discuss any changes needed. The Account Manager was very helpful and willing to meet our timeframes for deployments and reporting. We found the Account Managers to be professional and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

AI bees are very willing to accommodate our needs. They were amenable to making changes especially when it came to a more targeted outreach approach versus a general broadcast to potential contacts. The Account Managers acted as though they had a vested interest in our success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were pleased with the service, it met our objectives. The only concern we had was the change of Account Managers (4) during the year we engaged with AI bees. We realize this is difficult to control, but continuity is always good when you have a good person supporting you.
