We provide next-generation traffic optimization and analytics for large network providers and operators. Our solutions are SaaS.
What specific goals or objectives did you hire AI bees to accomplish?
We hired AI bees at the start of the COVID 19 Pandemic as a means to target customers digitally. Before the pandemic, our main means for meeting customers were in person and at conferences located all over the world. As the pandemic's rapid spread caused governments to take extensive measures to reduce contact, we quickly lost our chances to meet customers. By adding AI bees to our initial marketing and sales plan, we were able to continue our outreach for new customers digitally without having to leave our homes.
How did you find AI bees?
We were turned onto AI bees via one of our partners. We decided on AI bees over LinkedIN's Octopus due to AI bees's account management services. Having an account manager really saves us a lot of time when it comes to keeping our campaigns flowing.
What was the size of AI bees’ team?
We primarily work with our account manager, who we meet with on a weekly basis.

As our target market is very niche, we searched for our target customers by uploading the attendee's list from the conferences we were originally meant to attend.
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We currently have 100+ connections with prospects with 3 currently at the negotiation table and in free trial mode. This is actually what we were expecting given that we have slow sale cycles and a very limited prospect pool to choose from.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Our project managers have all been really great so far. Each one has been really helpful, transparent, fast, and friendly. I really get the feeling that I am valued as a customer and as a human being.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
How great the account managers are! As well as how malleable the tool is. We not only target our customers but have also used the tool to announce our presence at virtual events and to hire new teammates.
Are there any areas for improvement or something AI bees could have done differently?
Nothing comes to mind right now.
