Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the director and Co-Founder of Margin Business INC. We’re an Amazon-based E-commerce company. We translate, write, and optimize listings for Amazon. We try to help our customers to grow, and now produce work in seven languages.

Opportunity / Challenge

For what projects/services did your company hire AI bees?

We’re always searching for new customers because these listings aren’t recreational. We brought AI bees on for lead generation efforts so we could obtain more clients.


How did you select Al Bees and what were the deciding factors?

Our package included a set number of meetings. From the beginning, I worked with an account manager. First, they did a discovery phase to dig deeper into why my customers are hard to find. We did research on where our target audience is, what they do, and how many of them are out there. This was the extent of the persona search. Afterward, they created a file that we uploaded on LinkedIn. We contacted people on LinkedIn, and they also did some Email Marketing. Their team handled all the Copywriting. They have data experts who were there at every step.

We worked with an Account Manager and Data Experts.

How did you come to work with AI bees?

I searched on Google and LinkedIn a lot. AI bees had a good digital presence and were pretty active on multiple platforms. I got on a call with them and decided to start an engagement.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested €7,500 (approximately $9,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement was from September–December 2020.

Results & Feedbacks

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a result of the efforts, they contacted about 7,000 people through LinkedIn. From there we had some good leads and not-so-good leads, but that’s pretty normal. We had 40 meetings and gained many clients. This was much more effective for me than using Google Ads. Their work was really effective and correct.

How did AI bees perform from a project management standpoint?

They took really good care of us. The CEO of the company broke down the whole engagement and process to me with thorough details and by answering my questions. Everyone was there 24/7; they were there day and night. They provided great customer care and never failed to contact me once a week.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We work with a lot of languages. Maybe for the future, it’d be beneficial if they had a language team that could contact people through many languages.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Definitely go for Email and LinkedIn Marketing. Make sure AI bees understands your objectives because they need that information to help you achieve your goals. You can’t just throw things at them and ask them to complete them. Work with them to collaborate and finish the project. Your business is unique from any other business.
