AI Bees was hired for Lead Generation for us across the globe for our enterprise business.

This was a recommendation from one of our earlier employees.


Describe the scope of their work in detail.

There we LinkedIn Campaigns and Email Campaigns that were run for B2C companies across the globe that would help us in bringing more leads and convert them as clients. They had 3 emails or 3 reach out plan for every prospect via which if the prospect provides the email id they would block their calendar for the qualification call.

What was the team composition?

I worked with a POC and a Lead Nurture Manager. It was Ethan and Pauline and they helped us get the leads in.


Results & Feedbacks

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have got 20 hot leads and around 6 warm leads in a span of 3 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would rate it as GOOD, but they missed the timeline, and the engagement has gone beyond 3 months to provide 18 hot and 9 warm leads. The good thing is I am still getting support from them as they are trying to close the engagement.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently? What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think they could have asked more about the company and the parameters properly before starting the campaigns. Also, they should filter companies based on the dollar/revenue size and Marktech.
